Who We Are

Built by Women,
For Everyone.

The University of Calgary Women in Business (WiB) club is a student-run organization dedicated to empowering women to thrive in business and beyond. With over 500 members and a dynamic executive team, WiB provides a space where students can connect, learn, and grow together. Through workshops, panels, networking opportunities, and community initiatives, we equip women with the tools and confidence they need to succeed in their careers and personal lives.

Our Mission

Our mission is to inspire, educate, and support the next generation of women leaders. We are committed to breaking down barriers, amplifying women’s voices, and creating opportunities for students to gain real-world experience. By fostering a community built on collaboration, inclusivity, and ambition, WiB empowers women to pursue their goals unapologetically and make a lasting impact in the business world.

Our Vision

We envision a future where women are equally represented and respected across every industry and level of leadership. WiB strives to create lasting change by developing leaders who challenge the status quo, embrace diversity, and pave the way for future generations of women in business.
