I am a Business Analytics graduate from the Haskayne School of Business, with international study abroad experience from Korea University. My professional background includes a 16-month Data Analytics co-op at Cenovus Energy, where I focused on delivering data-driven solutions within the energy sector.
During my three years with Women in Business, I served as Co-President, VP of Events, and Director of Gala, managing large-scale initiatives and community engagement. Outside of my professional work, I am a dedicated music lover, avid traveller, and gym enthusiast.
Erica Cukulin

My name is Erica Cukulin, and I just graduated from Haskayne in June 2026 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a concentration in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources (OBHR). I was the Director of Internal Operations with WiB for 2024-2025 and then became the Vice President of Events for the 2025-2026 academic year. With WiB, I had the opportunity to plan internal events and meetings in my first year, and lead a team through planning our external events, including our year-end gala in my second year. Now, I work full-time for an oil and gas company as an HR Coordinator supporting a team of HR Business Partners.

I am an RMIN graduate from the Haskayne School of Business and currently work at Aon's Commercial Risk Services team as an Associate Broker for the Public Sector. During my time at WiB, I served as Director of Corporate Sponsorship and VP Finance, helping drive sponsorship development, financial planning, and event support. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy staying active, travelling, and attending music festivals.

Hi everyone, I’m Navneet Gill. I graduated from Haskayne in 2025 as an accounting major. During my university career, I was extensively involved in WiB, where I started off as Director of Internal Operations before becoming VP of Operations and finally Co-President. I am a staff accountant/consultant at KPMG Calgary. During university, I did two internships with KPMG and knew it was where I wanted to be post-grad.

My time with Women in Business was a key highlight of my Haskayne degree, it provided a community, mentorship, and key development for my personal and professional growth. After serving as VP of Events, I stepped into the role of Co-President for two years, which allowed me to give back to a network that gave me so much and helped me develop my own leadership skills. During my time at WiB we worked to empower emerging female leaders, host transformative events, and build meaningful relationships within the community. That foundation of key skills, combined with my BComm focus in Business and Technology Management, paved the way for my current role today as a Data and AI Specialist at IBM, where I help organizations uncover business value through technology. Outside of tech, I’m usually found lost in a good book, practicing yoga, or planning my next trip, but I will always carry the lifelong friendships, confidence, and community spirit that WiB gave me.
