Introducing: the WiB Social Series!

This year, WiB is launching a brand new initiative called the WiB Social Series. These WiB Socials will be events that aim to create fun, low-stakes opportunities for students to connect outside of professional or academic settings. These events will be designed to:

• Build stronger relationships within the WiB community;

• Give members a casual, welcoming way to meet the WiB team and other members;

• Provide a stress-free break from school while still keeping WiB's sense of community and inclusivity at the core.

Wondering what to expect? Here are a few examples of events that we believe strike a balance between off-campus fun and on-campus low-cost activities:

• Sports games (Stampeders, Hitmen, Dinos)

• Coffee & study meetups

• Holiday socials 

• Movie night on campus

• Pilates

Each event that is part of this initiative will have the category tag "WiB Socials" on our events page.
