Maddy Clubley

Year & Concentration: 5th Year in Business Technology Management

Maddy is a fifth year student at Haskayne and has been involved with the Women in Business club for 4 years now. She is studying Business and Technology Management with an Embedded Certificate in Leadership studies. Outside of school and WiB, Maddy is an avid reader who loves to travel.

Navneet Gill

Year & Concentration: 4th Year in Accounting

Hi everyone, my name is Navneet and I am one of the co-presidents of WiB this year. I am in the final year of my accounting degree which means this is also the end of my WiB journey.

Outside of accounting and WiB, some of my passions include running, paddle boarding, playing board games, Lego building, and watching cheesy rom coms, true crime, and trashy reality TV shows.

A not-so-fun fact about me is that I have a super rare allergy to citrus.

I can't wait to finish my university career with the best club on campus! Looking forward to seeing you at our next event! :)

Our finance team carries the responsibility of managing the club's budgets, evaluating cash inflows and outflows, and maintaining financial records to ensure the club has the funds to host events.

The marketing team plays a pivotal role in promoting the club's events by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content.

Operations Team

Within WiB, the operations team takes on the duties of managing logistics, coordinating schedules and meetings, and sustaining an efficient day-to-day functioning of the club.

For the events team, they are the driving force behind conceptualizing and executing a range of events. Ultimately, they work to secure venues and coordinate logistics for a seamless flow in each event.
